The following letter was copied to us from a client who originally found us through our advertising with Mr. Steve Drake who has a daytime show on KSEV Radio here in Houston.  We appreciate the feedback from our client and the work done by Mr. Drake in getting our name out there.

I have learned so much from listening to you on the radio over the years and I really appreciate your professional recommendations.
 
In particular, I have hired Edward Robinson three times in the past six years, and I closed my second home with Kelly Malatesta last month. Both are down to earth, approachable, professional and very competent.

When Edward inspects a house you can tell that he is focused on the task at hand, but he will take the time to stop and answer any questions you have. During our first encounter he quickly identified me as a nutsy-boltsy kind of person and went into more than adequate detail with his explanations. His written reports are easy to interpret and extremely thorough.
 
Kelly Malatesta has treated me like an old friend since the first time I made contact with her. When I encountered a problem with an erroneous entry to my credit report Kelly went out of her way to find a solution to the problem so that I could qualify for a lower interest rate. It was my problem, but her empathy was obvious. Without her intervention my P&I payment would have been significantly higher. Kelly and her staff return calls promptly and if she tells you she is going to do something you can rest assured that it will be done.
